The SD-45 Republicans BPOU (Senate District) Convention will be held Saturday, March 6 at Robbinsdale Middle School (near Cub Foods off 36th Ave. and Hwy. 100. (map)

Registration will be open only from 8:30 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. Registration Fee: $10.00 at the door (Light refreshments and continental buffet available, with $2.00 suggested donation).

Guests are also welcome to attend as observers - it's a great way to learn how politics work on a local level, and meet local candidates running for office. Delegates and alternates will participate in:

• Election of allotted Delegates & Alternates to the 3rd & 5th Congressional Dist. Conventions.
• Election of Delegates and Alternates to the Republican Party of Minnesota State Convention.
• Endorsement of legislative candidates for House Districts 45A & 45B.
• Adoption of resolutions such as may come before the convention.
• Transaction of such other business as may properly come before the convention.
